Returns & Refunds Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, returning it is simple. Send the item to 533 Berkeley Way, Fairfield, CA 94533, USA in its original condition and packaging.

Returns Process

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return or exchange. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Other returns are accepted within 10 days, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Personalized, custom, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days to your original payment method, with a confirmation email sent. If returning a manufactured item, only 70% of the order value will be refunded.

Exchanges & Gifts

We replace defective or damaged items—contact us at contact.sohahico@gmail.com. Gift returns will receive store credit or a refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping & Late Refunds

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over $75, use a trackable shipping service. If a refund is delayed, check with your bank or card provider, then contact us for support.
